We all experience stress from time to time. Sometimes that stress is easily managed. Other times, that stress feels heavy and overwhelming. Even during the darkest days, we all have things we do that bring moments of peace, no matter how fleeting and sometimes even under the radar of our awareness. I'd love to hear about your glimmers of peace. Turning your face to the sun for a few seconds of warmth, listening to your favorite song, cuddling with a pet, or glancing at a loved landscape are some possibilities.
